Hormone Support

Did you know your cycle is broken up into four phases? Yea I didn't know the extent of it either. I'm going to keep this as basic as possible. But let me tell you there is so much more to learn!

Phase 1: Menstruation

As you begin your first few days of bleeding, you may feel tired, in need of stillness or solitude, especially reflective, or crave some alone time.

To help you harmonize with these restorative needs, we suggest surrounding yourself with frankincense, which can help quiet the mind, focus attention and mindfulness inward, and soothe any nervous energy.

Phase 2: Follicular

Wrapping up your period can often leave you with the feeling to get shit done! Your body will start to wake up more refreshed, energized, and down to get moving on whatever big plans you’ve been sitting on.

And when you’re ready to slay it is all about soaking up some peppermint and orange. This particular blend is excellent for focus. The orange helps brighten my outlook, while the peppermint both invigorates and concentrates my mind. Lemon is also a great oil to apply and diffuse. It helps support healthy levels of dopamine in the brain. Grapefruit is excellent for the live to naturally detoxify itself.

Phase 3: Ovulation

After hustling hard, your body is just about ready to play… hard. While your ovaries start churning, you’ll likely be feeling more sensual, playful, and ready to socialize. But before getting cozy with your partner or dolling up for a hot date, we recommend jasmine to help get things going! All of these oils can be applied to inner thighs or diffused to spark the fire!

Other oils to support this phase

Patchouli

Ylang Ylang

Bergamot

Clary Sage

Phase 4: Luteal

This phase may leave you feeling more anxious, irritable, and bummed out. Meanwhile, your body may have turned into a headache/cramp/back pain central. And while *every body* is different and will experience different symptoms, there are a few general scents that could help lighten things up.

We suggest clary sage, which can help relax the body and ease cramping and spasms.

Another thing to turn to would be cbd muscle rub for those cramps and muscle aches. Valor is a great oil to calm those anxious feelings. You can ingest CBD oils or apply the CBD calm roller to help with this phase as well.

Cortistop also supports the glandular systems of women.

  • Endoflex is an oil blend that can be applied directly to thyroid 2-4x daily
