My Supplement Routine
Updated: Sep 13
I‘ve been taking a prenatal vitamin since before getting pregnant with Liv. I haven’t had a supplement routine besides some protein powder after a work out, until now. If you read the previous posts that mentioned Jack, you know he’s breastfeeding....a lot. Sometimes every hour on the hour in his first few weeks. He was literally sucking the life out of me one feed at a time.
One morning I woke up with two very sore teeth. Seth thought I was crazy but I thought I was going to lose teeth from this kid breastfeeding! It’s a myth, but still I knew I needed help! I turned to Young Living because I turn to it for everything.. skin care for me and the kids, aromatherapy, muscle soreness, even calming the pups! So here is a quick look at what I take daily as far as supplements go. I’ve been consistent with this for almost a year and I am feeling great!

Ningxia Red Drink (this probably deserves its own post)
It is a Macro-nutrient supplement - meaning it is the WHOLE food that your body needs. A Micro-nutrient is breaking the food apart and taking small parts out of it to use. NOT THE SAME. Our bodies thrive on the whole food and whole nutrient. It is a liquid supplement. Spoiler alert: most of our digestive systems are functioning lower that we want them too. We absorb a liquid supplement faster because the body doesn’t need to break it down. It’s easier on gut and the delivery system to our body is quicker. So. Many. Antioxidants. Antioxidants promote normal function, normal circulation, normal brain function, normal heart function, and immune support. Essential oils are added that support normal blood sugar levels, normal circulation and digestion, neurological support, immune support, and normal body detox. Ningxia Red is for EVERYONE even the doggies
Sulfurzyme powder Sulfur makes up our hair, skin, nails and is also key for rebuilding the myelin sheath around our nerves. The nerve sheath gets eaten off by toxins and heavy metals and we need sulfur for nerve communication! Sulfur also equalizes water pressure inside of our cells which supports joint health, our immune system, our digestive system and our cardiovascular system.
